After Care instructions

Your SHEA NEW permanent jewelry is designed to be worn every day, but a little care will help keep it looking beautiful:

✨ Keep it clean:
Gently clean your piece with mild soap and warm water. Pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

💧 Chlorine caution:
Frequent exposure to chlorine (like pools or hot tubs) can weaken gold over time. If possible, limit exposure to extend the life of your piece.

💪 Live your life — gently:
Your jewelry is made to move with you, but it isn’t indestructible. Avoid excessive pulling, tugging, or catching on clothing or objects.

🛠 If your piece breaks:
Things happen — and I’m here to help. If your chain breaks or needs a touch-up, reach out to schedule a repair or reattachment. If you need to remove your jewelry, simply cut at the jump ring or stop by and I will gladly remove your piece. Fees may apply for a re-weld.

📿 Charms & connectors:
Charms and links are soldered to stay secure, but if you notice anything loose or out of place, contact me for an adjustment.
